Spiced baked apple with toffee sauce(vegan/gluten free dessert)
Ingredients
- 1 whole Apple
- 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon oats
- 1 tablespoon Raisins
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon melted vegan butter or syrup
Instructions
- 1. Either core an apple and keep it whole or cut the apple in half.
- 2. Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl and then stuff in the apple.
- 3. Bake for 30 minutes or until you can get knife in the apple easily.
- 4. Serve with the same toffee sauce as the sticky toffee but make with vegan margarine in place of butter.
