Spiced Nuts

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c Pecans*
  • 1/2 c Almonds*
  • 1/3 c Pistachios*
  • 1/3 c Cashews*
  • 1/3 c Pumpkin seeds*
  • 1 T Maple syrup
  • 1/2 t Curry powder
  • 1/8 t Cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 t Dried rosemary
  • 1/4 t Salt

Instructions

  1. *All nuts are shelled, unsalted and unroasted.
  2. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine nuts and seeds in a medium-sized bowl. Add the syrup and spices; toss to combine. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray; spread nuts evenly on sheet. Bake 15 - 20 minutes, stirring once, until nuts are fragrant and lightly toasted.
