Plum Crisp

Ingredients

  • 12 plums
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup gluten free flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup butter melted

Instructions

  1. Pit and quarter plums
  2. Combine with brown sugar
  3. Spoon into baking dish
  4. Toss plum mixture with all other ingredients besides butter.
  5. Drizzle with melted butter over top.
  6. 375 degrees for 45 minutes
  7. Serve with ice cream
