Vanilla-Scented Fruit Cup

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c Chopped Dried Apricots
  • 2 Dates; Pit, Chop
  • 1/4 ts Ground cinnamon
  • 1 c Vanilla Low-Fat Yogurt; Or
  • Juice Of 1/2 Lemon
  • 2 Fresh Figs; Sliced, Optional
  • Mint Leaves; For Garnish,
  • Honey; Or Sugar, To Taste
  • 1 Orange; Peel,Chop, Section
  • 1 Kiwi Fruit; Peel, Slice
  • 1 Red Apples; Core, Chop
  • 1/4 ts Vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Serve this dish in wine or champagne goblets for an elegant presentation. Use any combination of fresh or dried fruit you like. Combine all ingredients except mint in med bowl; refrigerate until serving time. Stir well before serving. Garnish with mint leaves if using.
