Vanilla-Scented Fruit Cup
Ingredients
- 1/4 c Chopped Dried Apricots
- 2 Dates; Pit, Chop
- 1/4 ts Ground cinnamon
- 1 c Vanilla Low-Fat Yogurt; Or
- Juice Of 1/2 Lemon
- 2 Fresh Figs; Sliced, Optional
- Mint Leaves; For Garnish,
- Honey; Or Sugar, To Taste
- 1 Orange; Peel,Chop, Section
- 1 Kiwi Fruit; Peel, Slice
- 1 Red Apples; Core, Chop
- 1/4 ts Vanilla extract
Instructions
- Serve this dish in wine or champagne goblets for an elegant presentation. Use any combination of fresh or dried fruit you like. Combine all ingredients except mint in med bowl; refrigerate until serving time. Stir well before serving. Garnish with mint leaves if using.
