High Fiber Cereal
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c Bran Buds – or All Bran
- 1 c Pitted prunes – chopped
- Chopped
- 2 3/4 c 40% Bran Flakes
- Cereal
- 1 c Sliced almonds
- 1/2 c Raisins
- 1 c Dried apricot halves –
Instructions
