Strawberry and Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 12 hulled strawberries
  • 200 mL (7fl oz) semi-skimmed milk
  • 100 g (3½oz) vanilla or strawberry yogurt

Instructions

  1. Peel and roughly chop 2 ripe bananas, place in a blender. Add 12 hulled strawberries, 200ml (7fl oz) semi-skimmed milk and 100g (3½oz) vanilla or strawberry yogurt. Blend until smooth, add a bit more milk if too thick. Add honey to taste.
