Hot N Creamy Veggie Dip Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 envelope vegetable recipe soup mix
• 1 container ricotta cheese (15 oz)
• 6 slices bacon, cooked crisp and drained; crumbled
• 3/4 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
• Assorted crackers

Instructions

1. In one quart casserole, combine soup mix, ricotta, 1/2 cup
2. monterey jack cheese and bacon.
3. Top with remaining montery jack cheese and bake uncovered 30 minutes or until heated through.
4. Serve with crackers.
5. Makes about 2 1/2 cups dip.
