Hot N Creamy Veggie Dip Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 envelope vegetable recipe soup mix
- 1 container ricotta cheese (15 oz)
- 6 slices bacon, cooked crisp and drained; crumbled
- 3/4 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
- Assorted crackers
Instructions
- In one quart casserole, combine soup mix, ricotta, 1/2 cup
- monterey jack cheese and bacon.
- Top with remaining montery jack cheese and bake uncovered 30 minutes or until heated through.
- Serve with crackers.
- Makes about 2 1/2 cups dip.
